Ploughman's lunch for me today (easy and quick to get ready).
Cheddar, Stilton, Pork Pie, a cold sausage and a bit of salad, washed down with a strong cup of coffee.

Macaroni cheese...but done the way I was brought up on...macaroni, then just grated cheese on top (not melted) and then loads of tomato ketchup

I bought a 5 lb joint for half price Ciara and theres no bone in silverside, got enough beef to last me for 3 days. Roast it the first day and then its got all kinds of potential. In fact it turned out so good, I've already eaten half of it.
