This week I've selected Lynnrose's pic of an orange tree for us to play with. I took the liberty of resizing her original pic as it was a bit on the small side for me, (hope you don't mind LR ) Here's the resized original pic, and my first attempt, now it's your turn. Go on, have a bit of fun. ;D

Very nice dappled or aging effect nocky. I bet by now we could tell who did what without a nickname. Each has their own 'style'.

I think you're correct about us recognising each others work phoney, and a clever bit of animation,as usual. ;D

It is very nice to see all the variations to the picture. I used the colour pen for this effect, then duo tone. Pete.

Really clever eyecatching effects. The contrast of the yellow on grey is very cool.

Tried my Avatar 3D glasses on your Warp Jump nocky. Could almost touch it. Nice framing. Oranges look fresher than the original.

I thought Lynnrose deserved something a bit flashier than a couple of oranges Nocky. I thought I might have that as my flag after the revolution and I'm president for life. It looks kinda like a third world dictatorship flag.

That's a nice deep orange summery colour nocky. What's the difference between a JPEG and a PNG file? That 8.5mb png file of Kens at top of page is not supported by Windows Paint. I assume because it has been tweaked a bit.

I should have changed my pictures to JPEG when I finished them Phoney, the JPEG files are much smaller than PNG. Thanks to Roz, I found out PNG supports transparancy and JPEG doesn't. You can work PNG better than JPEG, but really I should have converted them after they were finished and made them smaller files.
I've changed them both to JPEG now.

Amazing the difference in file size Ken. From 8.5mb down to 392kb and no discernible loss of clarity. Although maybe a Granny Smith rather than an orange would better represent the DRGB (Joke).

PNG's unlike JPG's don't lose quality each time they're saved, but yes they're massive files.
