Most of the snow has gone from rooftops etc: and it has been a very pleasant warm(ish) day. The pavements are still pretty treacherous with packed ice but no doubt that will be sorted within the next few days if the weather forcast is true.

It started off  and warm then it got cloudy it look as if it was going to rain but it did not  at the moment it is dark but warmish

Its - 10º C and misty, the mist makes if feel a bit nippy. I think we are safe from snow, unless the temperature suddenly rises quite a bit.

Well its midday and minus 7º C, still no snow but its pretty grim out there.
The nice meter reader from MainMet must have been round this morning and cut my hot water off and left me with a £86 arrears on my meter. So I have got to go down the shop and get 100 quids worth of hot water on my card to have some for the week. Thats if he dont come back before Christmas and cut me off again, like he did last year. They took me for 240 quid in two weeks last year. I put £60 last week, they know I've got my winter heating allowance and they want it.

Just started snowing and very heavy too  We were going to a Xmas party tonight but wont be able to as the roads are sooo bad and now with this on top.  Could be stuck at Heathrow, now that's what i call bad !!! |

Temperatures have soared to minus 3 this afternoon and some of my neighbours are theatening to go back to Poland, if it doesn't cool off soon.

They forecast flurries and its been flurrying since 02.00. Its flurring quite hard now and it looks like there's a lot more coming over the hill where Mikk lives.
That nice meter reader has been back this morning and cut me off again and there's £98.51 arrears on the meter. I will go over and get another £99.99 worth shortly. Thats my lot till Christmas. About 16.00 on Christmmas Eve I will phone the emergency number and say I've got no hot water, I'm a cripple and I'm freezing to death. The meter is hanging off the wall, I've put in £260 in the last 2 weeks and they had better send an engineer out straight away. If they dont send one, I will be calling my councillor every hour on the hour all night.

I look out the window about 7.00am this morning and it was snowing and i was going to the doctors i shall have to go sum other time now
