I did get a couple a little bit later when the snow was coming down. I found that snow isn't the easiest thing to take a photo of when it wont stand still.
Lynnrose had to open her window, she hasn't cleaned her windows either. I did at least clean the worst off the inside with a paint scraper.

Luck's still holding here, a very thin covering of snow outside when I got up this morning, and it has almost disappeared already. Still very cold though.

The sky is blue and the sun is shining. Global warming prevented the temperature from dropping below -8º C during the night.

Everywhere round about has had heavy snowfalls, but still none worth talking about where I live. Must be cold though, there's still heavy frost on the rooftops.

They said we might get flurries about Midnight. Midnight came early and its been snowing like a good un for about an hour or so and its only quarter to 10.

I looked out about 01.00 and it had been snowing for several hours. The trees looked beautiful, but not enough light for a photo. I was too far away to use a flash, so I had to wait for dawn. By the time it got light the trees were clear of snow and a thaw had set in. The temperature is up to about 3º C now, we have some drizzle and the snow is disappearing fast.

It is thawing here too although at the moment I can't get my car out of the garage since we have about 18" of snow in the drive. The temperature is +3 Deg C outside right now. I have to say clearing paths etc: on a daily basis has made me feel a lot fitter, so there is some good news despite the weather. |

I went up and down the mountain twice tonight. I got just outside the Coop the first time to find I hadn't picked my wallet up and had to go back home. I wouldn't have bothered going back, but I was almost out of baccy. Luckily there wasn't any ice, it was slushy, but it hadn't frozen. It seemed quite mild, but very damp. It could get dangerous if it freezes. Its still just above freezing, although they say it could go just below. It not expected to go below -1º C, so it shouldn't be too bad in the morning. The mild weather will be short lived by all accounts, turning cold again half way through the week. Lets hope all the snow and slush has gone before the next freeze.

It is -3 Deg C here this morning, but we had no snow overnight. It was thawing most of yesterday and the sun is struggling to break through the clouds right now so hopefully the thaw will continue. I just have a few tons of snow to clear from my drive later on so I can get the Buzzmobile out of the garage.  |

It froze last night and my net curtains was stuck to my windows this morning the woman hue lives above me could not open her car door this morning ;D ;D and it's now got colder so i think it will get worse tonight
wrap up and keep warm CIT'ers
