Hi Guys, I am experiencing frequent crashes of my Win 10. The cursor stops working as if it was not connected to the mouse. Sometimes the cursor works, but clicking on any application results in no response at all. Unfortunately, the only indication appears if the computer is left to run in this "frozen" state in that the monitor goes blue and I am referred to windows.com/stopcode Opening that URL tells me that it could be one of the Apps or something in the hardware that is causing it, but no specifics. I have not downloaded any new applications for a long time. I noticed that my email app (Thunderbird) stopped working in Linux, but I cannot believe that that is the problem, because it is a popular App and used worldwide. I am tempted to do a complete System Restore, even though that wold mean having to rebuild the system because all non Microsoft apps would be lost. Any ideas would be most welcome. Ales
