As I have said in Device Manager it "shows" the sata Drive & the SSD. Could it Be something to Change in the BIOS...But I am Always Very Worried about Messing with the BIOS...Had some bad expiriencies in the Past

A new drive needs initialising and formatting before it shows in 'This PC' (My Computer, as it used to be called)
RIGHT click This PC (if on desktop) and pick 'manage' then disk management in the storage section, or simply type 'disk management' in the search box bottom left.
You should see the new drive there. Right click the new drive and follow the wizard from there to initialise and format the drive.
You may need to reboot afterwards before it shows properly.
Of all the annoying hand holding and mostly pointless announcements, that one is not covered for some obscure reason.

I am not as technical as well, although I am a retired Telco Technician (Inside Central OFC. remote testing, etc). I do OK. My Wife thinks I am PC Wizard, but she's Biased, LOL. She bought me a T-shirt once that said, "STUD," so she must be biased. People at work at that time said they forgot to add the letters "PI," on the shirt, BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUWAH

The (Storage) HDD is Now up and working perfect. Again Thanks. 1 thing I would like to know = IS My Main Drive as you know Is an SSD For Everyday use "Left on" No moving Parts. What I would Like to Know Is as = Only I "Sometimes" Play Lots of my Music Videos Recorded. I want to stop the HDD from Running (ALL the time) Wearing It OUT. So IS there a Program/App or Any Software that I Can Get to "Switch it Off" Then Turn ON HDD Till As and When I Want to Use It. Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks. Dave.

The short answer is no, it would be akin to trying to pull the rug from under your own feet.
SSD's will obviously wear out/fail eventually and I couldn't give you an exact figure because they've only been affordable in the last 5 years or so. But I've never had one fail on me yet, or shown signs of not performing to the best level.
One golden rule of SSD's that most people aren't aware of, is that you need to keep a decent amount of free space for them to perform at optimum speeds - at least 25%, some say 30% It's an acceptable trade off given the huge speed benefits and has rescued many an old PC/laptop that would be unacceptably slow without one.
Basically I don't think you need to worry about undue wear and tear on an SSD. By the time it may be becoming close to end of life, you will maybe need a bigger drive to accommodate the latest incarnation of Windows or the price of bigger drives will be too tempting to resist.
If this hasn't reassured you, or you want the maximum use out of your current SSD, there is a solution with Linux. Using a 'live' version running from a USB stick, you would bypass Windows altogether and because Linux can access Windows drives/partitions, you'd be able to play videos on the mechanical drive and still have access to the internet if required.

OK, I got the wrong end of the stick. That's a lot simpler problem to solve then.
You need either a removable hard drive caddy which fits in a drive bay (underneath the optical drive(s) if you have an old school tower. cost £20 or less
Or an external drive enclosure, which can be plugged into a USB port when needed. Cost from £15 upwards
Or perhaps the easiest less fuss option, a hard drive docking station where you simply slot a drive in when required. Most take 2.5 inch or 3.5 inch drives, so you can have a variety of spare drives.
It's also the easiest way to clone your Windows drive if you decide to upgrade to a bigger SSD or to make a backup to the same size drive.
It's not unduly hurting if you do nothing though, it's only using 12 volts to power the drive - pennies a week. It could add a couple of seconds to boot up times as the worst offence, but you probably won't notice it.

Good, I had three, gave one away, sold another and the one I kept turned out to be faulty!
Most come with a bonus card reader section, is this the one you're having trouble with?
