Here on my Desktop, I was able to go into this grp. since I apparently already had a Proboards LOGIN, from past grps. but I went in to change my password, where you can EDIT it, because when I signed in, it did not ask me for a password, which I thought that it should have. So I went into SETTINGS, making sure THIS group should a PASSWORD (Asterisks of course), so I did an EDIT with a new more secure password, or least I thought it took it.

Well this morning, back in bed, I wanted to go into the grp. there on my Chromebook, bookmark bar it, etc. It would not recognize me. I tried every password I figured it would be, Nothing, and tried the RESET thing, it saying that a RESET was sent to my email addy (Which is proper in my settings). I tried several times, because I never once got an email.

So came out here to my desktop, where because of saved cookies, figured, "OK, I will just go in and EDIT it to one I know for sure. I can't, because it says that you have to put in your password first to be able to change it, LOL, which is the problem, it says my password is not CORRECT, LOL.


Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp this Dummy, LOL.

OH well, I know y'all have been busy, Christmas and all, but is anyone actually posting in this grp, because I don't see any recent ones??

Maybe I do need to delete my acct. and start fresh to set a password that I DO KNOW :-).

Thank-you, after finding that I had, Proboards BLOCKED for whatever reason that I can not recall, I GOT ER DONE, thank-you :-).

I do check my email every day and it's only just told me there are new replies - guess they had xmas off, or it only works when it feels like it.

Hey everyone (Long Member list here), come on back, join the party, POST POST POST :-).

I had been with this other Admin guy's grp. along with all his other grps. since I started with ANY grps back in 1999, when I got my very first internet device, WebTV, (Don't laugh y'all, they were dummy proof, LOL), but he & I after all those years, recently had a falling out, it's complicated. So I deleted my User, pretty much told him to P$SS off, and now he sees me as a "Troll," imagine after so many years, but he was and still is, IMO, a MicroManagingControlFreak :-).

But his grp. and members are pretty active, good stuff, forums.
