Of the year really, never seen one this cheap or more discounted.

For AMD CPU's and including M.2 SSD slot for maximum speed booting (m.2 SSD's are typically 3 times faster than normal SSD's)
And yes it's Windows 11 compatible.
It has on-board graphics but only if the CPU has those facilities already like the the Ryzen 3 3200G, Ryzen 5 3400G etc - basically those with G at the end, otherwise you'll need a separate graphic card.
I suspect these don't support the very latest CPU's but if you were going down that route, you'd probably use a more expensive board anyway.
Perfect starting point for building a budget PC.
