Hi Mikh I had to take it in the lithium battery had expanded and the heat paste was cooked onto the Graphics card and processor. It has two fans in it so had it serviced and new battery £110. It's better than buying a new Laptop

Hi Mikh I had to take it in the lithium battery had expanded and the heat paste was cooked onto the Graphics card and processor. It has two fans in it so had it serviced and new battery £110. It's better than buying a new Laptop Glad you got it sorted and while I agree it's cheaper than a new laptop, I also think you've been charged at the very top end of labour costs - or maybe I'm too cheap (and honest) If you're happy then I guess the price doesn't matter really - happy computing
