Hi, since I have took delivery of my new computer a few weeks ago I find that both Firefox , Thunderbird and Edge at times seem slow to open sites I want to go into. Amazon,M&S and so on, sometimes they open instantly other times I have to wait a little while. I don't remember that happening on my old computer which was much slower. I used W10 on both and on the new computer I have much less clutter and fewer programs. I hope I have explained it OK?

Sorry about the speed of response on your new computer, just make sure all updates have been done. and keep useing less security like on AVG and others ...Hope it gets quicker, just do what you are doing, keeping it with no junk.

I have found Amazon slow at times recently, I put it down to the mass of users. Even their huge computers have their limits and their customers get more by the day. Slowness works both ends.
