I have a Mac and ended up with all sorts of problems all because my p/w wasn't recognised ended up with my profile being locked,spent 2hrs on Sunday going through all sorts of cleaning jumping through hoops and ended up re-setting my password.Apple agent signed off saying she would phone back on Monday to see if every thing was ok, now to make matters worse my phone line went dead and am waiting for virgin engineer to come and fix it.After all the time spent with apple agent I am no better off iTunes password not recognised on my iPad upgrades from apple on some my apps will not upgrade, through following all the apple agent instructions lost all my passwords that were held in Dashlane and I hadn't kept a paper record .
