Sounds like a job for Mikk, Elvis. I know almost as little about Linux, as I do about Windows 10.

Sorry Elvis, I was focused on the problem picture and never even noticed the first bit. I do speed read most of the stuff, even if I haven't got a clue and sometimes even pick up a tip or two. Trouble is these days I tend to forget things faster than I can learn them.

You shouldn't really use Firefox in Linux, or just for a backup browser anyway. Until HTML5 becomes the default, Linux users who want access to everything MUST use Google Chrome because of the strange Adobe Flash situation where 'official' support ended years ago. Luckily those nice people at Google have incorporated the latest Flash in their browser (also called pepper based flash) It basically means you always have the latest version in Chrome and the other browsers are stuck in a time warp on version 11 unless they too can use pepper flash. I would guess that is the problem you've got, Facebook is expecting the latest Flash and not finding it in Firefox. I always find it slightly ridiculous that new versions of Linux come with a browser that is severely handicapped with an outdated version of Flash.
