I have a portable USB drive used on a Windows 7 laptop which I take out periodically. Can anyone recommend an encryption program to use with this please?

No need for the entire encryption program. I should say, I've used this for many year now. I originally got it from the writers. It now seems to be only available from companies like Cnet, Tucows and so on. I see no reason to not get it from there, but do be careful when installing and using it that they haven't slipped in any adware. If so, dump it. Majorgeeks remains one of my favourite sorces, because they check everything and are so reliable. You really need to try it and see. Update. Tried downloading Tucows ZFC but my browser said it was malicious. As I siad, the file has probably been corrupted. The writer seems to have disappeared and for some strange reason I can't find any of my back up copies. Probably best sticking with Major Geeks. At least you can trust them. |

I managed to dowload Idoo encryption from Majorgeeks, but it did not work I am afraid?
