Hi all, after installing my older Epson DX4400 printer via a MS download link I have started to receive this.. ColorUservice.exe System Error
This program can not start because MSVCP100.dll is missing
Try re-installing this program to fix this problem
In simple terms how do I do this please..  Thanks copey |

Spot on Ken...bloomin marvellous,  very much... Can I push my luck just a little bit more..? ..i`m having a simillar problem trying to install my... Brother P Touch QL 560 LABLE PRINTER, your help would be appreciated....AGAIN. Thank`s in anticipation

Hi Ken, thanks for the link, downloaded it ok, comes thro as a "winzip" file, tried to open it but notice says I don`t have winzp installed,  have been looking thro all the searches but am not sure who / which is the safest site to go to. copey |

Just right click the file and pick extract, no need for winzip or any other extra program for zip files in Windows 7 onwards

Hi both, thank you for your help, labeller now successfully installed, dont know what I must have missed first time with Kens link, but did a restart / c clean etc and tried again, and all went well....
