I installed new graphics card - NVidia GeForce GT730 - which is compatible with Win 10 and working OK with Win10 from MajorGeeks. I have "Get Win10" icon in Win7, but when I click on it I am still getting the message that Win10 cannot be installed on my computer because the graphics card is incompatible and it shows the old one - NVidia GeForce 6150SE nForce430. Will this prevent me getting a free update to Win10? Is there something that I should do to make the "Get Win10" App recognize the new graphics card? Many thanks, Alex

System Properties and run the Windows Index, that will scan your hardware and hopefully sort out whats installed. After that check in Device Manager, make sure all the correct drivers are installed and there are no yellow marks against anything.

Done that and could not find anything in the Device Manager. I have even tried to download and re-install Update for Windows (KB3035583), but the system refused to install. So "Get Win10" app still brings up the notice that Win10 cannot be installed on my computer and I don't know what to do next.

I just checked the installed updates and KB3035583 was there. In the meantime my "unactivated" copy from MajorGeeks is working great. It can ever read/write to floppy disc!!
