''A new whimsical trick Google has come up with involves typing 'I'm feeling curious' into the search engine box - and Google will spit back a random trivia fact.'' I just tried it and mine was..... How much does it cost per episode Game of Thrones? The average Game of Thrones episode costs $6 million to make. That's two to three times what a typical network or cable show costs per episode (Breaking Bad episodes cost around $3 million, early Big Bang Theory cost $2 million). What did yours say?

How do things glow in the dark?
Phosphors radiate visible light after being energized. This means you have to expose the items to light for a while before they will glow in the dark. Phosphors then slowly release their stored energy over time. As they release the energy, they emit small amounts of light, which we see as an object glowing.

Ostriches do NOT bury their heads in the sand. This tale originates from the fact that the male ostrich will dig a large hole (up to 6 to 8 feet wide and 2-3 feet deep) in the sand for the nest / eggs. Predators cannot see the eggs across the countryside which gives the nest a bit of protection.

How many human years are there in dog years? But the conventional wisdom that one dog year equals seven human years is an oversimplified view of how old your dog is in human years. Although a dog's age averages out this way, there is quite a bit of variation. For example, dogs mature more quickly than children in the first couple of years.
