Files not moving

I made a couple of graphics files and left them on my desktop, until they had been uploaded to Photobucket. I now want to move them, but I keep getting a message that they are being used by another programe and to close that before I can move them. I am not using them, except in Photobucket and the groups where I have posted them.

Sometimes the pointers get stuck. Just re-boot your computer and you will be able to move them.
