Not everybody's cup of tea (or coffee) but with the end of the season fast approaching the Championship is very intriguing this year with any one of four still capable of winning it
Normally there's one or two streets ahead by now and the rest playing catchup and scrambling for play-off places to reach the promised land of the Premiership.
It's not quite worked out for the three that went up last season, they're all occupying the bottom 3 places in the promised land and looking like dropping straight back down again - shame!
The Premiership is pretty boring anyway, with the 5 usual suspects ( Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea) flexing there financial muscles to see who can put together the most expensive team
The Championship is a far better and tougher league and much more open. This season started with at least a dozen sides having a realistic chance, but I don't think many had Bournemouth or Brentford in that list
Bournemouth are currently top and (on paper) having the easier last 4 games, I fully expect them to be champions or at least grab the second automatic place - if they hold their nerve of course
Norwich, Watford or Middlesbrough are also hoping to be champions. I'm assuming (well more like praying) my team will dent Watford's chances on Wednesday and Middlesbrough have a tough couple of games against Wolves and fellow promotion hopefuls Norwich coming up which could see their dreams shattered and Norwich grabbing the second automatic spot.
So there you have it, my predictions are Bournemouth and Norwich for the automatic places with Watford, Middlesbrough, Derby and one other contesting the play off places.
I expect Watford to triumph in that, or anyone but Derby basically
