Well I know it's a bit late to ask now, but I remember either opening up emails or a forum page or something and seeing this advert about downloading animated gifs for email headers, but I cant for the life of me find it again.
It was a cartoon on top of the page featuring a girl with mufflers on her ears, wintry clothing dangling her legs over the ledge (bottom of the header) and snow coming down, advertising some animated gif site.
I know there are loads of wintry type gifs, e.g.
but it's that particular one with the girl I was looking for.
Does anyone remember it??
