Sorry everyone, Don't use this, it's terrible.
I was initially blocked from CIT and other. Some pages loaded, but only after almost 60 secs of delay.
I'm sure it will improve. It's a neat idea really, but sadly, doesn't work.
Not recommended.

You can use Firefox this way....
Right-click Firefox icon and choose 'New Private window' you should then get this message...
Firefox won't remember any history for this window.
That includes browsing history, search history, download history, web form history, cookies, and temporary internet files. However, files you download and bookmarks you make will be kept.
While this computer won't have a record of your browsing history, your employer or internet service provider can still track the pages you visit.

ZenMate seems to be attempting to use a form of proxy which can be turned on and off from the task bar.
It seems to be aimed at those who may be concerned that they might be traced through their IP address and ISP. One feature it claimed was to allow you to alter your home country for example.
Particularly handy when some pages are changed to suit each country.
But all irrelevant since it doesn't work.
Strange that a site like MajorGeeks should post it.
I have a number of security devices on my machine, No-Script especially. These could be interfering with ZenMate.
Your tip will be useful for those who may not wish anyone else with access to their computer, where they have been surfing.

I have been trying out "Baidu Browser" for about a month and I like it very much. It enables one to go 'Incogito' (Private). Baidu Browser makes Internet surfing easieren.browser.baidu.com - Proxy - Highlight Best web browser that provides powerful media download feature which allows you download the video and MP3 sources you want to with a rather high speed. Baidu Browser ... en.browser.baidu.com/I am still using Maxthon Cloud as my default browser (Version: 4.4.4.4000) which has built in Proxy as well many other features such as Synching with other Computers as well.

Thanks Lynnrose, I didn't know that. I'm using that Cyberfox that jojo put me on to at majorgeeks in one of his posts, pretty good. Didn't know the private browser thing, goes to show how observant I am. Haggis
