Hi,
I am running both Cloud Antivirus and Malwarebytes in WinXP. I am reminded daily that my copy of Malwarebytes has expired and prompted to buy a Premium version, but the one that has expired continues to work. I find Malwarebytes somewhat annoying with daily scans and updates, which I cannot turn off. The question I want to ask is do I really need both Clound Antivirus and Malwarebytes runing on the same OS?
Many thanks,
Alex

The free version of MBAM must be run manually and never expires, so it looks like you installed the Pro (trial) version by mistake or forgot to un-tick the option when installing the free version. Do you need both? Well yes, because Panda is a virus checker that doesn't bother much with minor malware or 'PUPs' (potentially unwanted programs) And likewise MBAM only has a token look for viruses in it's scans. Uninstall the copy you have and get the free version from here www.malwarebytes.org/Watch the install doesn't offer you the pro version
