PC is not responding to my server and i'm unable to send or recieve emails.
Comes up with message Pop 3 server has not responded ?
I cant seem to find where the server settings are located ?
Any help on this would be great

Can you supply:
The name of the email program you are using?
The name of the email company, ie hotmail, gmail, ect.,

Try your ISP, Pop3 mail is usually associated with them not Webmail such as Hotmail etc:
