superimposing a photo program??

Looking for a program that can superimpose a photo image onto an object.

Ideally, it should be able to transform the image, say a face, so it appears to be the shape and texture of a flower or petal.

I know I've seen such transformations. But don't know where to find anything that might attempt it.

Any suggestions?

What graphics program do you use?
I use Photoimpact which that effect can be done in that as I'm sure it can in Photoshop

You could use this...but no flowers or texture...but maybe save the finished picture and then there may be some other effects available to get a texture
