RIGHT click the clock (bottom right of your screen) and pick 'Adjust Date/Time'

To make sure your PC always has the right time you can automatically do this if you do this
Right click your clock in bottom right of screen
Click Adjust Date/Time.
In window that appears click Internet Time
Click Update Now
The PC will automatically update the time every 7 days
