Hi yesterday started lap top up as normal, went for a cup of coffee, came back and the yahoo mail page had got that big couldn`t read half the stuff on it, tried other websites and it was just the same,I hadnt touched a thing honest..the top address bar was was ok and any other program ie m/word etc were still original size.tried altering screen resolution to see if that made any difference..no Did a system restore and everything went back to normal for about 10 mins then it all changed again Would appreciate your thoughts / comments
Just an after thought.Only happens when I go onto a webpage / site

Alan, Try a different browser, like firefox or opera, see how that behaves, if it is normal, then it must be a setting on your IE browser. Pete.

If you haven't got it, download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and run it. If you have got it, dont forget to update it before running it. Delete anything it finds. The whole Yahoo site is a bugs nest, so you have probably got a nasty eating up your system. If you find anything turn off the System Restore and scan again. Then reinstall your graphics drivers and pray theres no other damage done.

Hi Pete, have dowloaded firefox again, did not bring over any bookmarks etc from IE ,have re-entered via firefox one or 2 of my most commonly used web sites and all seems to have gone back to normal so perhaps there was something nasty on IE ? thanks for help, see what happens now..
