Jeepers, thought it time I should try the newer versions as I am still on version 7....so hard to find though. Used to be Ulead, now Corel...on the English site, no sign of it. At last I found it, but it's on Corel AustraliaNo luck on Amazon either The latest version is PhotoImpact X3, but I would be happy to get version 10 I have now downloaded it from here, but not installed it yet I am reluctant to learn some other graphic program after using PI for such a long time. It's the extra shapes I have spotted in version 10 that I would like to have that got me thinking about trying out newer PI versions. Does anyone else use PI...I know Pete does... What version are you on Pete?

Keep your eye out on the PC magazines in W H Smiths or similar, wherever they have a big selection to choose from. You often get (full version) older programs on the cover DVD's especially when it's a glorified advert to get you to buy the latest version. And of course there's plenty of free options www.techradar.com/news/software/applications/best-free-photo-editing-software-10-top-image-editors-you-should-try-1135489Paint.net is certainly worth a look at, but the Gimp hasn't changed in a decade. There's no doubting it's power and features, but ease of ease was never it's strong point. Chasys Draw IES is also recommended.

I am on version 8 Lynnrose, got mine from a magazines dvd like mikkh suggests. You can get updates from within the Photo Impact program itself, well a link that takes you to it's newest incarnation, lol.
