Java for You Tube ???

Hi Every one, could someone please explain what I'm doing wrong?
Would like to be able to watch Will Smith on Dancing on Ice, but i either have a old version of Java or its turned off.
Tells me I've been successful in installing, but still unable to view.
How can i turn it on ?

The latest version of Java is 6 update 11, you can uninstall any other versions you have in Add & Remove Programs. If you have the latest Java you might have to reinstall Flash. Its best to run the Flash uninstaller before updating.

As Ken says, you usually need to uninstall existing versions. For that you need the uninstaller.

The Flash code is a pain. It seems to get flagged on almost every anti-spyware program.

Personally, I have the uninstaller on my HD and linked on my desktop. I regularly uninstall it then reinstall when I need to see something.

You only need to remove Flash Player 10 out of the 3 Tuesday. You really need to use the uninstaller for Flash Player.

Download it from here:

Use the top one for Windows.

Just uninstalling it using Add & Remove, doesnt always do the job properly.
