I have just reinstalled two caddies one with xp pro and the other with vista. I use this method to have both os vailable. Could do dual boot but find this a better way. I just whip out one os and insert the other. I have 4 caddies on the go with different setups. Now thats outta the way my problem.
On Vista the first thing that come up in the taskbar is my connectionthen AVG pro then the rest, about five items.
On Xp pro the same items are there and load first then there is a few seconds pause(no activity for 20secs)then my internet connection kicks in.
Both os work ok but is there any way IO can get my XP connection to start before the other items or even stop the lag?
Tried various xp installations but all do the same.
