First off....type something in Word, then click on Print Preview to check that your text size chosen in Word is big enough, then print...ok now? If not, then must be something in your printer which we will have to look into.

What about changing the text size in Word.....it is probably set at around size 10 when pasted into Word, so highlight the text once pasted and change to something like 12 or even higher, then print it

Copy and paste from off web page into Word all looks good, check print preview and it just to small to read. When in Word i not able to find any text size settings. Tuesday; the other thing you could look at is the default font size set in Word; most defaults are 10 pt Times NR, so go into 'Format' on the top toolbar, click on 'Font' and set it to something like 14pt, and click on 'Default' at the bottom left. You'll get a warning that you're about to make a global change from 'Normal dot' - just okay it and see where you're going from there.

The first thing I would tell you is that if you are selling anything, you need to be capturing your customer's email address. That's all - you don't need anything else. Now it may not be a physical fishbowl, but it must be something. Even a simple visitor's book will do.

Just thought i would give you update on my printer, i switched it off from the mains and put it back on 3 days later.
It has run perfectly well ever since not sure if this will help anyone who has very limited knowledge but worked for printer and my sanity.
