Well, that was interesting. I have been trying to get my time at this site to match my actual time and it was definitely an experience. I finally had to settle on a European Mountain time to get close to what I have, but it's still off by about 20 minutes or so. Anyone know how to get the correct time for me. I live in the US and on my site it is GMT-5 Eastern, which basically means I am on the same time as New York. Actually, this has been sort of funny. I saw something I had posted and it said yesterday and I knew that couldn't be right and looked at my time and it was like, "Uh?" So I messed around in my profile doing the hunt and peck thing with the time getting nowhere and finally just started from the top down, one by one working my way up to my date and time. But it still was not quite right. It's no big deal, and I'm not going to lose any sleep over it, but I was curious. P. S. Ok, I'm making progress. I see that my post was entered at 4:42 am which is only a minute different from me, by about seven hours.

What a pain for you, as you tried all in the list, one of them should have worked! Mine is set to GMT+0 Greenwich Mean Time, which of course doesn't help you
Have you tried setting it to GMT-5 Eastern and also Currently Observing DST...as NO instead of YES?

Well, I don't know what happened between yesterday and today, but that worked, Lynnrose. First I tried with the No selected for the DST and that changed me to 5:30 (it's 11:30 for me). So I went off, picked some random time and plugged that in. Went back and picked GMT5 Eastern and turned back on the DST and voila! I've been with Proboards for almost six years and if there is one thing I have learned, it's that it has Gremlins.
