Just been on the phone to Virgin Media about my Bill it went from £57.46 a month to £71.42 a month it seems that when i had Talk unlimited put on on the 20 Aug 10 at £7.93 extra they never told me i would have to pay one month in advance anyway i was talking to this nice Scottish woman from Glasgow and she put me one another package where my bill will only come to £58.00 next month less £5.90.
A bit better than £71.42
And i also side about the £1.00 discontent for the paperless bill which i never got informed about, which helps if you inform them at the time of phone-in.

i just like to tell them that it is £1 that they have taken off me 
just in case they think they are giving me something when it's me that's giving them something.
