Nah, I've got 50 Mb and wonder why I bothered actually because 20 Mb was more than adequate. I get my Linux ISO's quicker of course, but day to day browsing is exactly the same.
I think it's hard to justify needing a 50 or 100 Mb connection unless you're constantly file sharing or running more than 3 computers

50Mb is useful when you do a lot of website management the faster upload speed is useful as well, plus no cap so shifting lots of data doesn't incur a speed penalty.

I went to 50mb and then returned to 20mb (at the time it was 20mb, now it's 30mb) as I found no real difference between 50mb and 20mb for normal computer use.
When I download any files the best speed I get is 3mb (even tho every speed test site says I get 30mb download)
It seems to me that it's the upload speed is what really increases when you take the upgrade package - good for online gamers and people who run there own websites.
