Hi, Guys, My printer died over holidays, so I bought Epson Stylus Office BX530WD on Amazon and it has arrived today. I had problems with setting up Wi-Fi connection as the system kept rejecting my password, so I opted for Ethenet connection, which was completely automatic and required no passwords.
There is also another USB connection, but that works only with the scanner!?
I am not sure how exactly Wi-Fi / Ethernet works on printers. As it is connected to the Router, does that mean that everything I print goes via my ISP and comes off my monthly usage allowance?
All the Best in 2012.
Alex

It's a local network device, so no, it doesn't go via your ISP It will still work if the internet goes down for some reason
