 My daughter had something that caused her computer to crash and she had to have a complete install. No, she didn't have any backup, but now when she tried to run Quicken it refuses her password. Do you have any ideas so that she can recover her 'Data'? Fingers crossed...Westy

Many thanks Lynnrose for your help, it is all beyond me, but I have passed the problem over to my Grandson who is pretty well up in the IT world. He started with the Sinclair ZX Spectrum which he still has, and all of the other computers that he has been lucky enough to own. I supose there may be a chance that he can come up with something.
