No punishment is strong enough for me, I'd have them whipped and left to rot in jail in solitary confinement for a decade or two

I've voted yes, but realistically I think that might make them more likely to steal, with the excuse they have no money coming in. But they certainly deserve some pretty strong punishment whatever it might be.
