I have been with Virgin Media since Jan 2003. I at last got round to seeing if I could get a reduced bill, so rang them up yesterday...
I don't bother with their TV My usual payment every month is.... Telephone Line Rental £11.99 Broadband Size: X L £37.00 Less £1.00 for e-billing Total = £47.99
and then any phone calls on top (but we use 1899 to get cheaper calls)
VM also are stopping the £1 rebate a month for e-billing
Anyway, I now have a new deal...£30.99 a month, so a £17 a month saving...now why didn't I ring them months ago, or why didn't they offer me this discount as a loyal customer

they have a policy of not offering if you don't contact them. I asked last time I rang and lo and behold got an offer on phone calls and was told if you don't ask, you don't get.

Main services (Provided by Virgin Media Ltd or Virgin Media Payments Ltd) £83.49
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Description Date/period Amount Line Rental 27 August - 26 September £11.99 Calldispl 27 August - 26 September £2.00 TV Size: X L 27 August - 26 September £24.50 XXL 50Mb Broadband 27 August - 26 September £45.00
Since changing from XL BB to XXL BB, my bill has gone down a little bit. What I pay on the connection speed, I lose on the TV.
Add on another £36 odd for unlimited everything to Virgin Mobile, Sir thingy will soon get another hot air balloon.
