It seems somebody has got into my emails, possibly via an email group and is sending the following message. I have Avast set up, what more should I do?

Why do you think that you or your emails have been hacked.
The address given is a perfectly good one if you want to buy handbags or dresses all priced in US Dollars
It maybe your spam filter is not detecting it as spam

It has been plaguing all members of the group and was sent to me from some addresses that are not on the group server.

I doubt very much that a reputable handbag shop is going to resort to hacking. Theres 10,000 ways of obtaining email addresses without hacking or cracking. If you have only got one get through your spam filter your lucky. Put the filter on full and check every now and again that its not dumping something you want.
