I didn't know about that either. I wonder if someone on here uses it and can give some feedback?

You can download the software from Virgin website Jojo. I downloaded it when they first announced it, but I have never used it. Its one more thing running in the background and I prefer to make my own backups. I feel like I have been with NTL/Virgin forever, but apart from paying their bill I've stayed away from them.

Virgin mailbox must be the worst in the world and not worth using.

It might be a little bit better than it was under NTL, but not a lot. Its still pretty basic and a lot of free mailboxes were better a long time ago. People got used to using Hotmail or whatever and just haven't bothered with it. The storage use to so limited, I think was the main problem. Now they have servers sitting idle and they cant think of enough ways to get them working.

Haven't used it yet, currently on XL the space is a bit limited but going to XXL shortly which apparently offers 'Unlimited' space so as I'm thinking of upgrading my system soon to Windows 7 and quite possibly 64 Bit I'll need some back up space. Considering how good VM's Email system is I'll use VM as a last resort back up though

First impression it's useless! XXL Customers have "Unlimited" Back Up Space The 'Widget' says 10GB available having scanned 40GB of files a message box just popped up asking if I would like to get more Storage Space? Clicking Yes produces this:
"Sorry
We couldn't find the page you were looking for. We suggest you go back to the previous page or go to My Virgin Media home page.
Is the webpage address misspelled? Check that you have typed the address (URL) correctly. Just one little error will lead you here. Did you arrive here from one of your favourites? It looks like your favourite page has been removed or changed to another address. Did you follow a link from the Virgin Media site? Sorry, that's our error. It has been noted and will be corrected soon. "
2Nd Impression it's Bl**dy Useless
3rd Impression It's a complete waste of time - as expected!
