I have a bit of trouble with my email and since virgin re set my password all my mail opens with just text showing, I have searched in the email help but nothing there to help me, can some one explain to me how I set the email to open showing graphics as well as the text. Regards Ray

Virgin mail has never been very good. In all the years I have been with NTL and Virgin, I have never really used it. If I remember rightly, its not HTTP its POP3 and you have to open pictures as attachments.

When I log into virgin mail online through virgin website, i too dont have graphics displayed. I do through outlook express though. I just thought this was normal.

Same as Jj. I have my virgin media email via Outlook Express, graphics no problem.
I have logged into Virgin Media's webmail and it seems that the only way to add graphics is to send as an attachment. Any emails you receive with graphics, will arrive as attachments, so you need to download the attachment or click on View.
