It usually comes as an automatic update, so you can't remove it as such - just don't agree to download it next time
...and stop the one that's running, it's obviously stuck in a loop somewhere, or you have a PC that Noah donated. Either way it's just a token gesture from Microsoft and is unlikely to find anything if you already run something like the much praised MalwareBytes program

The only time I have used the Windows thingie, is with Windows 7. I downloaded all the Windows updates and Asus, ATI and AMD driver updates and not a peep out of the Removal Tool. When I went to install MBAM, it promptly blocked it as as malware. I disabled it in Services and installed Malwarebytes, which then found 3 mild Trojans that Windows had missed. The Trojans must have got on while downloading the millions of updates. In my opinion, WMSRT is about as good as a chocolate rocking horse.
