Perforce software is used by Barclaycard, BBC news online, Nokia, Cisco, Macromedia etc; etc;.

You can Click View > Source on any webpage and by hacking the password, remove a section of HTML, tweak it and replace to perform any function you wish. Although this isn't 'news' to most people, it just goes to show how careful you need to be regarding whom you give administrative rights to.
