H!,
Avira keeps coming up with this pop up (see piccy) i have had a look and it seems too be some thing to do with XP i was using W7 at the time.
I have done all my scans so i do not think i have any nasty's on my computer.
Thanks

Its a security measure that I dont think many people bother with Elvis, unless they have a shared computer. By password protecting the Admin account and using another one without permissions, it makes it harder for a hacker to get control of the computer. In reality, theres is very little hacking or cracking done to private computers. Anyone with the skill to do it, is usually looking for a bit more than someones state pension. Its banks and businesses that get targeted. Even if they dont rob them, its the thrill of cracking the security. Its just a game to most of them and a private computer is so easy, they dont get a buzz out of it.

I have Avira ant-virus and a firewall and i have never got that pop up before so i was a bit worried just in case, i am the only person to use this computer and i don't shear it with my other one so i don't see a problem with just ignoring the pop up ;D
Thanks KC

I might have been an update that caused it to suddenly pop up Elvis. Its perfectly correct, but the risk isn't worth the hassle.

Bit out of order to put that terrible picture on your screen as well.
Who wants to be reminded of London?

I do, as a Londoner I like to remember how it looked when the English lived there.

In my late teens and early 20's I lived in Ilford (Hainault) and worked in London, some of the happiest days of my life. I will never forget the tannoy at Liverpool Street station, "The train now standing at platform 5 is for Stratford, Leyton, Leytonstone and all stations to Gidea Park" ;D Pity it didn't last longer!!

H! Jojo, ;D
In my defence and me being a Yorkshireman it's just me being lazy as i have not got round to putting my own one on yet.
Please accept my apologias and I disagreeurance it will never happen again and will be rectified as soon as possible or next time i get round to going into W7.
