Windows 7. On opening emails with explorer (hotmail) some of the pictures are broken, the same goes for ebay in the right hand corner is a sainsbury advert which is broken up with only a few lines showing, if you put the mouse pointer over the middle of the screen to scroll down the pictures appears, if you put the pointer to scroll on the up and down arrows it all brakes up again. I have updated java If you use firefox no problem with ebay.
Windows xp no problems with the same emails and ebay
I have updated to explorer 9 can I go back to explorer 8 ? or should I give them a chance to get it right.

My wife is having the same problem with Windows 7.
It keeps telling her her screen resolution is not optimised, but it is.
No problems with XP on my machine.

Monty, IE9 is still in Beta and thus one may expect a few teething problems. You can go back to IE8 Uninstall IE9

I don't use IE very often, but I've been using IE 9 when I do. The 64 bit browser has always been better than the 32 bit, but it didn't run Flash. Adobe have pulled their finger out at last and made Flash for IE 9 x 64. Different people have their own reasons for not liking it, but it suits me and I've not had any bother with it. Anyone installing Flash on a 64 bit computer, you have to install it twice. Once on each browser. Flash will install on all 32 bit browsers in one go, but 64 bit has to be done individually.
