I spend alot of time on mine and I am allowed to browse the internet at work in between my duties  I do try and stay off my laptop when I go downstairs to watch TV, otherwise I end getting too involved online and don't remember what I was supposed to be watching

Have to admit I spend far too much time in Stumbleupon, not quite 24/7, but very near to it sometimes. ;D  |

I spend about 2 hours - mainly because my expertise is extremely limited but I do enjoy it.
