Deleted my Multiply account today. Just not worth it anymore. So, I'll be stopping here more often to see what's up. Hope everyone is doing well. Still cold and wintry here, but I guess I should be used to that, eh?

Hi Larry - I am sorry to hear you deleted Multiply after all the work you put into it, but I am not entirely surprised. I deleted mine quite some time ago. It will be nice to see more of you again at CIT.  |

Just googled 'multiply' to see what it is about. There just doesn't seem to be enough time these days to be a regular member/poster of groups. Several MSN Groups I used regularly moved somewhere unknown and couldn't be bothered tracking them down - apart from CIT. I only frequent 3 group type sites now and I'd say CIT is the one I browse mostly. I imagine 99% of groups/forums have little or no activity.
I'm creating an auction site at the moment in the hope of making MILLIONS!!!

Talking of millions....my syndicate won another £10 on the lottery Saturday, so we have £20 in the kitty now since out first game on the 12th December, woooo hooo, so you may hit your first million before us Phoney, good luck!

Yes phoney, that's why I gave up Multiply. It seems like some people are running a popularity contest, seeing how many posts they can make in a row. I ended up blocking a lot of those spammers. LOL

I have been advised by 'people in the know' that one has to buy a lottery ticket first to be able to have the chance of winning anything.......could this be true or just a rumour put about by the lottery organisers?

It cant be true, I keep get emails telling me to claim my winnings and they are from countries I've never even heard of. One of these days I will claim all my winnings and all the money thats been left to me. Then I will buy out Micro$oft, just to fire everybody.

Yes, Ken, if I had collected every inheritance I had ever "won" I could buy out Microsoft, Uncle Bill, Carlos Slim, Warren Buffet, et al. with no problem.

I knew some of my family did a bit of traveling Larry, but I didn't realise just how many relatives I had in Nigeria and the Ivory Coast. There cant be many left now, as they have all died and left me their fortunes. They must have been very well respected though, I even got an email from the Liberian Ambassador in London. I think she must have been a bit new in the job, even I know the Queen isn't her next door neighbour.
