Linux Mint 10 Backup Tool i was just wondering if it was any good for backing up Linux Mint the one that comes with Linux?

The ones in the picture are what I call soft backup options - it's just (data) files and settings basically and not much use if the whole OS goes down. For that you need a cloning program like Norton Ghost in Windows.
Clonezilla (new version just released on 'distrowatch') is the Linux equivalent of Norton Ghost where you can save the whole OS to a different partition or disk. I've used it myself, but it does assume a fairly good knowledge of Linux file systems

H! Mikkh,
Yes i do use Acronis® True Image™ Home 2010 for backing up W7 but it dose not like Linux so i thort i would try some thing else for Linux mint 10 and if i need to learn about the file system then how hard can it be
I will give LynnRose links a go first and then yours
