I gave my fathers full name, place and year of birth, rank and number Royal Canadian Engineers. They pulled a list of 3138 Yanks and 22 Canadians. If I wanted the Canadian details, I had to pay. What a phoney lot they are.

I think why they wanted to charge me Lynnrose, was my dad was WWII and not WWI. I might try my Granddad, he was in the navy in WWI. He was 18 when WWI broke out and he had been at sea for 6 years. He started as a powder monkey. LOL..................

I finally got a 14 days trail which will get cancelled before I have to pay. I found out my granddad was a Yank born in Saginaw, Michigan and I thought he was Canadian. My grandmother was born in Hespeler, Ontario as was my dad. My dad has been buried in St Mary's Ontario since 1979, which I knew. My grandmother is buried in Niagra on the Lake and died in 1973. Dunno what happened to my granddad, he seems to have disappeared. I've got a half brother, whos still alive and they wont give information on live people. That SOB owes me half the family company, I know they own a knitting factory in Cambridge City Ontario. I might make a takeover bid one of these days.
