road rage incident

So here is the newest road rage incident I have been involved in:

I was driving down the highway in the right lane. A car was next to me in the left lane passing me. A chevy blazer was on my right trying to merge onto the highway and I could not get over to let him on. Instead of slowing down to adjust he just kept going and almost hit me...I dont think he saw the car in the left lane and just thought I didnt want to get over to let him on. I laid on the horn and had to hit the breaks on the highway to keep from hitting him. He was not happy about the horn and flashing lights and decided to slam on his breaks in front of me right after he pulled out. Again, I had to slam on my breaks to keep from hitting him. I pulled around and as I was passing him in the left lane he pulled a hand gun up and flashed it at me. I called 911 and turned him in.

An hour later a cop called me and started asking me questions. He asked if they could get a confession out of him if I wanted them to write him a ticket or document it...wow. I thought pulling a gun on someone was more serious than that, lol. I called because I wanted them to check out the gun he had to be sure it was registered and to make sure this whacko wasnt on any drugs or anything. Oh well, what can you do I guess.

Where about in America do you live Joe? Sounds a bit dodgy. We don't get that much gun crime in the UK, just once in awhile some nutter who happens to have access to a gun goes on the rampage, but still quite rare over here.
