Get rid of the TV licence, it must be getting to the stage where it costs more to collect than the amount it brings in.
Decriminalise 'soft' drugs and regulate the supply at a price the street pushers won't undercut.
Change the law on brothels and regulate them.
This list is far from exhaustive, as there are many laws we aren't really aware of.

- Zero tolerence on Drink Drivng.
- Jail for SERIOUS crimes such as Rape, Murder
- Scrap ASBO's and give these offenders community service such as street cleaning.
- Burglars and this type of crime. Public birching in City Centres, never mind the 'do gooders'
