IE is painfuly slow today it is taking about ten mins to post a nsg here on Pro Booards or is the prob with PB.

Mine is OK. Heres a trick you can try Rog, if your using IE8.
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, IE (without addons). If it works OK then, you will know you have something setup wrong in IE8. It wont tell you whats wrong, but you will know where the problem lies. If its still slow you will know at least you havent over tweaked it and its an external problem.

Tried IE without Add-Ons no appreciable difference

Reboot your modem after shutting it down for a few minutes and if that dont do it its outside your control Rog.
